One-Year Parts and One-Year Labour Limited Warranty Conditions

-- All New Computers and Parts carry one year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of original purchase for the parts and one year for the labour.

-- SV TOP reserves the right to repair, replace or credit, subject to verification of parts being defective and originally purchased from SV TOP, under any circumstances.

-- Defective product will be repaired by SV TOP at no charge. If SV TOP is unable to restore your product to good working order after a reasonable number of attempts, SV TOP will, at its option, replace customer's product.

-- SV TOP will not warranty products which are misused, mishandled, improperly protected from static damage, repaired by an unauthorized person or company, have broken warranty seals, or have been improperly installed, or used in a manner which they are not intended.

-- All repairs will be done on the SV TOP. The customer is responsible for bringing the product to the site and taking it off the site after the service has been done.

-- The customer is responsible for paying pick up fee and delivery fee.

-- Hardware conflict and incompatibility of customized computers are not under warranty and is not the reason for return or refund.

You may be charged fee under the following conditions:

1. Your problem is found to result from the use of third party products;
2. No trouble with your SV TOP product can be found.
3. SV TOP doesn't provide software warranty

This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not an SV TOP employee; if the product has been modified without the permission of SV TOP; or, if you cannot provide proof of original retail purchase as described above.

SV TOP IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY. OR UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, DOWNTIME, GOODWILL, DAMAGE TO OR REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY, AND ANY COSTS OF RECOVERING, REPROGRAMMING, OR REPRODUCING ANY PROGRAM OR DATA STORED IN OR USED WITH SV TOP PRODUCTS.
